Who is Antony?
Built from scratch.

Antony started his first business in 1999. It began as a technology recruitment agency and slowly became something else — a growth consultancy, built on the reality of what actually happens inside companies trying to scale. He ran it for nearly 20 years, making most of the mistakes that are worth making. And in 2018, he sold it.

That experience is the foundation of everything Atomex does. Not a framework he was trained in. Not a certification he earned. A business he built from nothing, scaled through two decades of change, and eventually let go.

Antony now coaches because he knows what the pressure feels like from the inside — the decisions that don’t resolve, the team that needs leading in three different directions at once, the gap between your vision and what actually happens on a Tuesday. He’s lived that first hand. He also knows what it feels like when it starts to work!
