An intense Kick-Off and QPD that brings your senior leadership team together to debate, challenge and align on the reality of the business — where you’re succeeding, where you’re falling short, and the priorities required for sustainable growth.

 

Expect honest conversations, robust challenge, and clear decisions. It’s not for the faint-hearted — but it will leave you aligned, focused, and ready to move.

Build your Core Foundation and Strategic Plan

The programme begins with a full-day session with your leadership team. You leave with your Core — purpose, values, vision, core customers, and USPs — your commercial strategy, and your Base Camps: the three-to-five year plan broken into key initiatives.

 

This is the plan the rest of the 13 weeks executes against. It is built by your team, not handed to you.

Quarterly Planning Days — Track, reset, and prioritise

Each quarter, your leadership team comes together for a structured planning session. You review your core elements, assess progress against the plan, identify what is working and what is getting in the way, and set the next quarter’s Sprint Projects.

 

QPDs create the rhythm most leadership teams are missing: regular, structured time to work on the business rather than in it.

1:1 Accountability Coaching — Stay on track between sessions 

Key members of the leadership team are coached individually every three weeks. Sessions are focused on progress against Sprint Projects, decision-making, and whatever is getting in the way.

 

The coaching relationship is where the real work happens. The QPDs set direction. The 1:1s hold people to it.

Sprint Sessions & Workshops — Solve problems and maintain momentum

Bi-quarterly 30-minute virtual Sprint updates keep the team connected to progress and tackle unforeseen challenges before they become blockers.

 

One workshop per quarter focuses on a specific area of concern within your business. With over 50 workshops available, the topic is determined by what your business actually needs — not a fixed curriculum.
