ANTONY’S STORY

Antony Enright, Founder

I started my first business in 1999. A technology recruitment agency that became something else — a growth consultancy built on what actually happens inside companies trying to scale, not what the theory says should happen. I ran it for 19 years. I made most of the mistakes worth making. And in 2018, I sold it.

 

That is the foundation. Not a certification. Not a licensed framework. A business built from nothing, scaled through two decades of real decisions, and eventually let go.

 

I coach because I know what the pressure feels like from the inside — the decisions that keep landing on your desk, the team pulling in three different directions, the gap between your vision and what is actually happening on a Tuesday. I have lived all of it, including the part where it starts to work.

 

What that experience taught me: comfortable questions don’t move anything. So I ask the ones founders have been avoiding. I share what I’ve been through rather than what I think you should do, because the people I work with don’t need another expert — they need someone who has been where they are trying to go. I invest in real relationships, not transactional ones. And I trust the process, because it is consistency over time that turns intent into outcome.

 

Those are not coaching principles I arrived at through training. They are things I learned the hard way, running a business for nearly two decades.

Who is this for?

Founders and leadership teams running UK businesses with £1M–£30M turnover, who are ambitious, often stuck, and ready to do something about it.

 

Specifically: people who are tired of the gap between strategy and Monday morning. Who have a team but are still making too many decisions alone. Who want a coach who has genuinely been in the room they’re sitting in — not one who has read about it.

This is not for everyone.
