If your strategy is broadly in place but you’re still making too many decisions alone — or if you’re working toward something specific and need someone to think it through with — executive coaching is probably where to start.
Six sessions. One-to-one. No preset agenda.
The plan exists. The decisions still land on your desk. What’s missing is a trusted person outside the business who will ask the uncomfortable question, notice when you’re avoiding something, and keep you accountable between sessions.
An exit. A restructure. A leadership decision you’ve been circling for months. You don’t need a full programme — you need a thinking partner who has been through something similar and can help you see it more clearly.
The 13-Week Growth Accelerator involves bringing your leadership team into the room and committing to a structured sprint. If that feels like too big a step right now, executive coaching is a way to start — to understand how the coaching relationship works before making a larger commitment.
Six one-hour sessions, one-to-one. Remote or in person — your choice.
There is no fixed agenda coming into each session. The conversation goes where your business needs it to go. Some sessions will be strategic. Some will be about a specific decision. Some will be about the thing you haven’t said out loud yet.
Between sessions, you carry the work. That is the point. A good coaching session changes how you think about something — and you will notice that in how you work in the week that follows.
At the end of the six sessions, you decide whether to continue. There is no automatic renewal and no pressure to commit beyond the initial six.
Six x 1-hour sessions, one-to-one
Remote or in person (your choice)
Led by what your business needs, not a fixed framework
Six sessions. Renewable if it’s working.
You’re looking for someone to validate a decision you’ve already made. Executive coaching is not reassurance — it is challenge. If you want to be told you’re on the right track, this will frustrate you.
You want your team involved from the start. Executive coaching is one-to-one work with you as the leader. If the problem requires your team in the room and a structured plan they can execute against, the 13-Week Growth Accelerator is the better starting point.
You’re in crisis and need immediate operational support. Coaching works on the medium term — on the patterns, decisions, and habits that shape outcomes over time. It is not firefighting.
Executive coaching at Atomex is delivered by Antony Enright or one of the Atomex associate coaches, depending on availability and fit. Every coach in the Atomex team has run their own business and navigated the same decisions you are working through now.
The first conversation is the starting point. In that call, we will talk about where you are, what you need, and who is the right coach for this engagement. We will be direct if the fit is not there.
Antony spent nearly 20 years building his first business, making most of the mistakes that matter. In 2018, he sold it.
That journey shapes everything Atomex does. Not frameworks. Not certifications. Real experience — building from nothing, navigating constant change, and knowing when to step away.
Since then, Antony works with founders and leadership teams because he understands the pressure from the inside: the decisions that don’t resolve, the competing priorities, and the gap between ambition and execution.
He’s been there.
And he knows how to help it work.

Huw didn’t learn about business in a lecture theatre. He’s spent over two decades in the trenches of the education & tech recruitment sector, qualified as a teacher in 1998, and began his leadership journey in 2002. He has spent the last 20 years scaling global teams and leading recruitment divisions through periods of rapid, complex growth.
Like everything at Atomex, Huw’s coaching is built on scars, not scripts. He’s lived the reality of aggressive scaling, the pressure of maintaining a high-performance culture across different geographies, and the challenge of keeping a team aligned when the vision feels miles away from the daily grind.
Huw coaches because he knows what it’s like when the business starts to outgrow the people. He understands the “stucks” – those moments where growth breeds chaos – and he knows how to help leaders find the clarity to fix them. He’s there to provide the reflection and the challenge you need to stop firefighting and start architecting.
30 minutes. Free. We talk about where you are, what you’re working through, and whether executive coaching — or something else — is the right fit right now. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
