The 13-Week Growth Accelerator brings your leadership team into the room. It is a structured sprint — 13 weeks — with a named output at the end: a One-Page Strategic Plan your team can execute against. It combines strategic planning, quarterly planning days, sprint sessions, and 1:1 accountability coaching every three weeks. It is designed for founders who are ready to align their team around a shared direction.

 

Executive Coaching is different in scope and format. It is one-to-one — six sessions, each an hour. No preset agenda. It is for founders who need a thinking partner: someone to challenge their strategy, hold a mirror up, and keep them accountable between decisions. It is renewable after the initial six sessions.

 

Both start with the same first conversation. If you are unsure which fits, say so — that is exactly what the first call is for.

Thirteen weeks from Launch Day. The programme is structured around four elements: a Launch Day where you leave with a One-Page Strategic Plan, 1:1 accountability coaching with Antony every three weeks, a Quarterly Planning Day with your leadership team, and targeted Sprint Sessions to address specific bottlenecks.

 

The time commitment from you and your team is real — this is not a passive programme. But it is bounded. Thirteen weeks with a defined output is a different kind of commitment to an open-ended retainer.

Yes. Antony leads every client engagement — the 1:1 coaching, the strategic planning, the accountability work. Atomex also works with a team of experienced associate coaches, Ben and Huw, who support programme delivery.

 

The coaching relationship at Atomex is personal. That is not a marketing line — it is the reason the programme works the way it does.

The honest answer is: Antony has done it. He built his first business in 1999, ran it for nearly 20 years, and sold it in 2018. That experience — the full cycle of building, scaling, and exiting a real business — is not something most coaches can claim.

Most coaching in this market leads with a methodology. Atomex leads with a person. The Scale Model™ is the framework we use because it works — but the framework is the vehicle, not the driver. The coaching relationship is what makes the difference.

 

The 13-week structure is also genuinely different. There are no open-ended retainers here. You know what you are committing to, what you will have at the end of it, and exactly what the process looks like.

We do not publish pricing on the website. The investment varies depending on which programme you are considering, the size of your leadership team, and your business’s current stage.

 

What we can say is that the first conversation is free, and there is no commitment attached to it. If the investment is not right for where your business is, we will say so — and we can talk about what might be. If you enter into a contract with you, all of our contracts are based on a short pay or no pay policy and we never ask you to sign up to a lengthy contract.

For the 13-Week Growth Accelerator, yes — the programme is designed to align your leadership team, not just the founder. The Quarterly Planning Days and Sprint Sessions are built around the team working together in the room.

 

For Executive Coaching, it is just you. One-to-one with Antony.

 

If you are not sure whether your team is ready for the Accelerator, that is a good thing to explore on the first call. Some founders start with Executive Coaching and move to the Accelerator when the timing is right.
